Oh, by the way, nice show. The wine reviews are why I watch the show. Living in SF area I always get amused by Raider fans who are sure that their latest acquisition is going to lead to the Super Bowl, EVERY YEAR, before training camp closes. After the 4-12 season what do you hear? Not so much

Jets will be 7-9 this year. Looks like a quick 0-3 start in my eyes…Pennington will look like MVP Brett Favre, and Favre will throw 3 picks. I’d get used to it though, the INTs will be coming fast and furious.

QOTD…..I’ll say 9-7 because Favre is so much better then Pennington. I see the Jets play Miami in their last game of the season. This could be interesting if Chad is the QB, and the Jets playoff hopes are riding on that last game.

I think you’re on to something with Ratlif. I watched the Browns-Jets preseason game and he looks decent (out of nowhere). I will say that Brett was a great business decision for the jets. All the jerseys and ticket sales will more than make up for his salary… though I think his play will be less than spectacular (and who knows how long he’ll be there?). A VERY poor long-term decision (if they don’t deal him to someone else).

QOTD: 7-9 Can’t beat the Pats or Bills to get into the playoffs anyway so why not fill the stadium with ‘Yorkers who want to see a legend play…
