My German heritage for the win! Soon as I saw this episode I knew it would be a good day for you. I own a couple 2005 JJ Prum Ausleses that I cant wait to open in the future. German reislings are def. a wine I could drink almost every day. QOTD: The German bubbly I mentioned a few episodes back..... belch. However, that will not stop me from hording German wines for future ( and sometimes current ) drinkage.

I can't remember the last German wine that I had. But it was most likely a Riesling.

QOTD: This summer I had a Washington State Riesling that had some sort of association with a German producer. Also this summer I bought Wein & Sektgut Thielen Merlen Fettgarten Riesling Spatlese. I haven't opened it yet.

QOTD: yeah, I'm little late but I am way behind with wltv after vacation, so, its at this very moment 2007 Weissburgunder Joachim Heger from the German region of Baden. This is more light than Riesling but for me, besides a good Muskateller it is the perfect summer wine. Real good Weissburgunder can easy knock out good Rieslings!
