		<description>Nice stuff. I made beef bourguignon the classic way with a bottle of red burgandy.  The broth was so good you could drink shots of it.  Paired with a beaujoulis, it was one of the best meals Ive ever had. QOTD:  Its 4 months too late, but I would have said my beloved ( and pathetic ) Seahawks.</description>
