    Wine Not?

    No, Egyptian wine has not crossed this palate. Hope it does someday, but also hope it’s better than the ones you tried!

    QOTD: I bought my favorite tshirt last year at the Tanglewood wine fest….the back says “I love a good corkscrew.” Always gets LOTS of stares and/or comments!!! ;)

    I personally have never had an Egyptian wine. The closest I’ve come geographically is Greece, Lebanon, which were alright, but nothing worth remembering details of.

    One of my fav t-shirts is a Converse parody with the star symbol that reads “conform, the official way of life”. No picture unfortunately…

    Good show as usual. Keep up the hard work!

    I no longer have either of my 2 favorite t shirts. They both now have holes in them. One is my bright green NY Jets t shirt and the other is my Billy Idol t shirt. Both are from the 1980’s.

    QOTD: I haven’t had Egyptian wine, but a friend of mine from the U.K., who travels quite a bit, was in Egypt on holiday and had some wine there. He compared the Egyptian wine to the wine his grandfather had made years ago in a bathtub in the barn behind the house. This, he assured me, was an unflattering comparison for both products.

    No – never tried Egyptian wine! I have been pretty adventurous with some selections from Morocco and Turkey, but not Egypt. it will be next on my list!

    I have a 2005 Obelisk Cab in my cellar! My Egyptian friend brought it over from Egypt for me!
