  • Hi Gary, we are big fans of cork. Not only does it allow wines to age naturally as under cork but it is far more environmentally friendly than screwcap. But to be honest as a sales rep it is hard to get market acceptance of the product. On premise love it though.

    Have not had these wines, have had a wine with a zork closure before. QOTD-ok for low end wines, already answered that. http://www.winelx.com

    qotd: I dig the zork, I’ve had quite a few wines w them, carried a few at my place, and like how you can save them, wash them and reuse them as stoppers for other wines

    I’d like to see an episode on those glass stopper’s their using on wines now. I’ve seen them in the U.S., but mainly in Germany and Austria
