		<description>This was a good episode.  Liked the vignon bringing back the wine after asparagus.  However, you had a master of wine and didn&#039;t even make him taste with you.  My absolute favorite part of WLTV episodes with guests is when you taste side by side and compare notes.  I love hearing what other people taste in the wines compared to what you taste.  I think that you wasted a great opportunity.  Get him back and let us hear and see him taste as well!!!</description>

		<description>Wow, it all makes sense.

Diet Soda is the nastiest stuff I&#039;ve ever tasted and I never understood why people liked it.

I do shy away from table salt because of health concerns, but love the good stuff, particularly for grilling.  Brazilian, French, Hawaiian, Alder Smoked, all in my cabinet and use them all the time to accentuate flavors.

Good work as always!

		<description>It was interesting for me to hear about the MW certification.  The seasoning sounds interesting (I&#039;ll probably try it if I see it in a store), but I do love how certain wines match so well for me with certain foods.  I know some pairings do not usually taste as good together, but I cannot imagine that a general use seasoning will replicate the magic of a seemingly perfect pairing.  Even when it&#039;s not quite that good, I really enjoy trying different combinations because some are better than others.  I&#039;m sure the seasoning doesn&#039;t make everything taste the same, but it seems like it might take some of the fun out of the experience for me.
