Do another Madiran show, especially considering recent findings concerning the unusually potent health benefits of Madiran wines.

Same question as krazy9000 as to vintage of Laplace Madiran. Gary tasted the '04 vintage in Feb '08 and either the '05 or '06 in Nov '08. If this wine needs time in the bottle, is that the reason for the disparity in Gary's analysis between the two tastings? And as the label does not show the vintage year, how is it possible to tell the vintage year? Unless it's on the cork or the case box. Please let me know if the second tasting was an '05 or an '06. Thanks.

While I am catching up on shows I missed, I figured I would comment on the
QOTD. I searched for aged Loire white wines and didnt come up with anything. I would love to see both dry whites like Savennieres and sweets like Bonnezeaux with a couple decades on them. Thanks for the show!

QOTD: Sierra Nevada Foothill wines. I realize they may be hard to come by on the east coast, but I'm sure YOU could find some. Wine Spectator, Parker, etc. are starting to notice them (e.g. Cedarville, Perry Creek).
