    Great show! Nice guest;)

QOTD:I love wine and I love food and I love people. If I could mix all three, get people to drink good wine and enjoy awesome food; If I could have people experience the pleasures of life to the extent that I do, whatever profession that would be, I’d be a happy man!

    Prost!

    QOTD: Deep sea diver.

QOTD: I think I’d be a marketing consultant for French, Spanish, (and Spanish speaking countries), and German wineries helping them to present their wines (bottle labels, etc.) in the most advantageous fashion to appeal to different markets in different countries. But it would be hard to do all that in a day.
I like the beard, but it doesn’t really make you look older if that’s what you were going for. I hope it wasn’t. No need.

QOTD: I’d work the crush in Fronsac! The wine country during the harvest is enchanting.

    Good show.

Solid show. She brought some thunder and some knowledge to the big show.

QOTD: Adviser to POTUS (President of the United States)

Really enjoyed this episode, and your guest. Hearing her story and learning about possible wine adventures out there is inspiring. QOTD: A few months ago left my “normal job” and started working at a fine dining restaurant. It has been challenging to start over, but very rewarding. Trying to build my food and wine knowledge so that one day I will be a sommelier. Would like to run a restaurant or bed and breakfast. Taking care of others is my dream job.

Pretty good show though it would have been great if the wines were half decent. Oh well. What can you do. Sweetheart of a guest. And I’m sure she speaks French? I’m melting now.

QOTD: Starting pitcher for the NY Yankees though I hate ‘em but you said “dream” job. But to be more realistic (though I was drafted by the KC Royals out of high school during the George Brett era) I would say I would love to own a small Eurostyle B&B in the Virginia countryside where I can cook and serve wonderful wines.

    Cheers!

    GO COLTS!

I liked your guest, but I gotta be honest, if I have to fly to Denmark to buy a bottle of this wine, I lose interest in the episode…

    Jay Campbell

One of the best guests ever. I like how someone above asked if she was single. Nice.

QOTD: Either play on the PGA tour, in the MLB (preferably for the M’s), or I really would just like to eat and drink and get paid.

    Hey Gary,

That was a great, straight from the heart episode. I could really see the passion for wine making.

QOTD: I would love to have a place where people could have great tasty food and chill out with friends around a coffee or a glass of wine. (and my wine list would be 50% old world and 50% new world), not like most places in the UK where a so called ‘good wine’ has to have tons of fruit and sugar and say “gallo” or “jacobs creek” on the label. (sorry for the rant but it drives me nuts)

Food and wine paring really brings the drinking and eating experiences in synergy to another level when it is done in a balanced and honnest way, with the custumer’s individual interest in mind.

    good question by the way!

Awesome show. Great to hear a fellow “Badger”’s perspective on the wine world. That sounds like a once in a lifetime opportunity.

QOTD: Coin flip: To run an interactive media company -or- to be the president of my own Green Bay Packers.

    Tom G

QOTD: Restaurateur. Instead I work in finance. Go economy!
