    Good stuff.

Curious spot at the beginning. Didn’t know you charged big coin (or whatever it was you said) to talk to people.

BTW – My tax greedy Governor who has no sense of free choice for his states citizens, crumbled to wholesalers and re-initiated prohibition in my state of IL was arrested today for myriad of reasons. Poetic justice at its finest!!

Amazing episodes. These are getting better as the word gets out on what you do Gary. Jancis and now Maynard. Keep it up!

Now this was an interesting show. I don’t know where to go from here but my thoughts in general are:

    1) Who is growing wine in AZ? I’ve been there numerous times and can barely keep cactus/saguaro growing.
    2) Ugly butt labels. The duct tape was a novel idea and better than the printed ones from Ep. 1
    3) The bald-headed guy (sorry, never heard of him prior to this show) was kinda pompous and not my style of guy. The curly-haired guy looked 15 but listening to him I was impressed. Kudos to him.
    4) Their website is impressive. Looks “Riven”-like. They should hire their webmaster to design their labels.

On a whole, interesting show and will seek out their winery the next time I’m in AZ. I have to taste for myself an 88pt Cab from AZ. Not that I doubt the swami. :)

    Cheers!

Awesome show. It’s ruckin’ fresh when people show they have multiple talents and interests and all. Some feel that movie actors only act or musicians only play music and it’s nice to see a real, tangible (drinkable) result from s awesome people in arenas outside of what they are best know for.

Big ups to the Arizona crew at Caduceus!

I’m a huge Tool fan. It’s great to see Maynard expand his domain. He has influenced and changed the rock world, now we can see he can also alter the wine world. I’ll bee seeking the products mentioned.

Keep up the hard work. The whole community philosophy is a stepping stone to empowering people who work the land and who offer amazing products!

Good effort G.V. I understand why you did it…Maynard has a following in the music biz for sure…Maynard dude….No one is all that. Your in biz to make new friends man. Leave the chip at the door or not I guess.

I know you will sell what you make….not a problem…send the wines my way and let me critique them.

Gary, the look on your face said it all after tasting the last barrel sample. I think a better question was not WHEN they will bottle it, but IF they should!

I never heard of this dude Maynard, but I guess he’s something else; clearly he thinks he is. I liked Eric though. If I ever go to AZ I will try to find some of their wine, because Gary seemed impressed…

Good second half to the show but come on… $50+??? I’ll PaZZZZZZ until they get their bearings.

Now why wasn’t the “real” winemaker in on the whole show? Eric and Tim would have been much more interesting than having Maynard be a bump on a log not really having anything to say.

Rockstar wine makers, YES. Rockstars, NO. I’m sure there are plenty of music blogs out there that might better benefit from having Maynard as a guest.

I’ve been to Jerome and they boast a one hundred mile view from the town’s perch. Awesome that they are using the land for more than growing dust clouds.
Now they have wine to add to list reasons to visit. Cool.

QOTD= Been there heard that. Better luck next time.(Gary, tell them ahead next time.)
