I liked what Ian said about “transition from new-world wines to old-world wines”. In an earlier episode with Mott you talked about bringing white wine drinkers to drinking red wine.

Perhaps you could explore such “paths” from one kind of wine to another some more.

Nice show. Ian’s seems to be a great guy and it was nice to have him on the show again. Congrats on being a father! Def. something I hope to be someday. QOTD: My parents. They helped sculpt who I am today. I know I wouldnt be on the right track today without them as a kid.
