I was quite disappointed to hear Gary calling the Pontchartrain Vineyards wine a blend. He obviouly needs to ‘bone-up’ on the native wine making grape of America (as opposed to Muscadine, etc. which are technically classified as fruit). Check out what Thomas Jefferson has to say about the Norton Grape.

QOTD: Just like you, a New Yorker. Long Island, born and raised. Doesn’t qualify for the Other 46, but if you’ve tasted some of the wines from Pindar Vineyards you’d think it was Louisiana swill too.
