Solid episode, I like the camera facing the opposite way, plenty of Jets memorabilia to enjoy

    Gary –

There were a lot of fine moments but the two episodes that just crack me up are the educating your palate episode and the other is how temperature affect wine where you are tasting wine outside of the Winelibrary store during some really suckass weather! LOL

Gary, Congratulations on 3 years of WLTV. Always look forward to your show.

QOTD: Wow, can’t choose just one. I especially like the blind-tastings, or when a really dark-horse wine comes up a winner(the wine made by a bunch of college kids), the outdoor-venue shows, Jancis Robinson’s face when you blurted out your famous intro to the show and of course, spontaneous cameo’s made by the crew behind Wine Library–to name a few.

Quite the secret pack for quite the event.

  • Hmm, must seek these wines… SOON!

QOTD: there are so many, I don’t know a bout fondness but a couple of quick ones.- when you announced your baby and when you announced the thundercruise, also when you had Maynard on. ( maybe even the tequila episode )

    Thank You Gary Vee.

Thanks for continuing the show and inspiring us!

QOTD: I always loved it when your father appeared on the show. Your show on AJ’s 21st birthday touched me. And the announcement of the Thunder Cruise got me pretty excited – see you in April!

Would really enjoy being able to experience some of the wines you offer, but until we resolve our “Blue” state laws it doesn’t appear that will happen here in Washington State. Still once and awhile I can find a wine you mention and see if I can realize what you found. I’ve been watching about eight months and I think the favorite moment is really each day when I get a chance to watch. While I use the excuse of a couple of heart attacks to enjoy a glass of wine each day, you have opened the door to the pleasure of smell as well as taste. Your no bs approach to keeping it real is what I value – even if you stumble – with say a guest – it no act, but who you appear to really be. Keep “keeping it real” – Thank you

Hey Gary! Finally catching up on my WLTV fix and wanted to wish you a very happy 3rd year anniversary! Congrats! What a journey. You’re a huge reason why I’ve learned so much about wine, found a really great hobby and met some amazing people in the process. There are too many moments to list, but I think episodes 57 & 58 were pretty profound in WLTV’s history – you went with your gut and it’s exactly what so many people want rather than some stuffed shirt wine snob talking down to them, the decanting episode when you tasted the Amon Ra, your 2004 & 2005 Bordeaux episodes, Jeffrey Davies, Jorge Ordonez, Stéphane Derenoncourt, and of course you & your wife expecting a little vayniac.

Thank you for your passion! Cheers!

Congrats on 3 years Gary, and I hope there are many more to come. Best wished to all your friends and family. QOTD: The Sauternes episode, which was the first one I ever watched ( on youtube). If I didnt stumble across that while trying to see if there were any videos on d’Yquem, I would have never found you and this wonderful site.

Congrats on 3 yrs., Gary! Man…can’t tell you how much I really have enjoyed WLTV these few years. You inspire such enthusiasm in me about wine that I feel like a kid in a candy store when I go to my favorite wine shop, or any wine shop for that matter. I can’t wait to get it home, try it out, and enjoy everything about it…or save it…or keep trying it every day to see how the flavors change over a 24 hr period. LOVE IT! Thank you!

QOTD: I absolutely love the Train Your Pallet episode…always awesome when i tell peeps to watch it and look at their faces when you really start going for the “good stuff.”

Congrats Gary, you’re the man! Keep up the great work.

QOTD: I just starting watching in the past several months but have been watching a lot of the archives. My favorites so far are #148(How to Train Your Palate), #625 (Chardonnay from a Hotel Room in LA, HILARIOUS!!), and ALL the blind tasting episodes. It’s too hard to only pick one!!!

QOTD: Who couldn’t forget Jen sitting in the for the show and drinking wine with Sasha. They both scored a wine 95? while Gary was about to score it 89 or something. GV looked shocked. Pretty funny.

GV – good show, I really like the Leeuwin wines. I like the Castillon wines as well – good values.
QOTD – Hard to say! I guess that my greatest compliment is that I never delete a show, I watch all of them because I learn.

QOTD: Right off the top of my head, the episode 148 was great, but mostly they’re all great.

No, Gary, thank YOU so much. You have given us so much and ask for almost nothing in return but to “try new things” and “expand our palates” and you have greatly assisted us in this journey. So, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

QOTD: Wow! My favorite moment? That’s almost impossible. There have been so many “classic” episodes. I think my favorite is still #148 and the “palate training”. That was awesome and I continue to show it to people who are not Vayniacs. Sure, they think you’re insane, but they are almost always intrigued enough to watch more. I also love the “Sir Gary” episodes (we need him to come back once in awhile) and a lot of the “special guest” episodes have been awesome, especially the Jim Cramer episode and the Jancis Robinson episode, to name just a couple.
