    Fun episode. I like blends. “Scheduled to drink by” could be helpful for some.

    Never been to Alaska , yet.

    Cement is good for skateboards but not for vineyards.

    I really love the idea of printing the preferred drinking schedule seasonally on specific bottles of wine, because some people would love to see that, particularly religious, wiccan, spiritual what have you, and those not interested could ignore it.

    It’s also a nice attention to detail, a fun fact, and an interaction of the wine maker with the consumer that is very personal.

    I love the idea, absolutely.

    I’ve never been to Alaska, but can’t wait to visit it’s beauty. Maybe Gov. Palin can give us a personal tour. And we’d be nowhere without cement and concrete!
