QOTD: I’ve been consuming homemade smoothie for breakfast: ice, milk, strawberries, blueberries, banana, peanut butter, flax seed. Great drink. 2nd choice: Earl Grey tea.

I have always wondered why you can’t swear on this.. You have to be 21 to drink wine.. So what’s wrong with an adult hearing a swear or two??
QOTD: I am on a cranberry juice kick right now.

GV – Intersting show. Not as educational as I prefer, but the guest seemed hip.

QOTD – I am a big fan of Irish Tea – Barry’s, Lyon’s, Bewley’s, etc. It is my drink of choice in the AM.

For as many times as GV has shown up at a Diggnation taping, it’s about time KR dropped by the WL.

Qotd: I haven’t really gotten into tasting any non alcoholic drinks. I want to get into coffee first, then maybe try tea if I find the time/money. Since I’m in college still I can always convince my friends try something alcoholic though, so I’ve dabbled in tasting wine, scotch, sake, almost anything alcoholic. I get way more into the wine and scotch; i just don’t have the money to really be a completely legit drinker in anything yet.

Awesome episode, definitely going to try and find the dessert wine (Gary I see you’re already back to using the term). I’m kind of curious about Sancerre rose, one because I love Sancerre, and two because until this episode I had never even heard of it. Too bad this one wasn’t great but I would like to see you find one that does bring the thunder.

qotd – I got a juicer for Christmas and since then have been throwing whatever I can think of in it and making fresh squeezed juice blends. Most recent, blood oranges with a little bit of pineapple to balance the tartness.

I always say this whenever I haven’t watched in a while, but I always come back to the best guests! Great episode, I’ve got some catching up to do…

QOTD: I’m really big into water these days. And I really love spicy V8 with a twist of lemon or lime.

QOTD: For teas, I’m a sucker for any Genmaicha or Jasmine Pearl when it comes to greens. Also, fresh lavender lemonade comes to mind, most notably from Currant Restaurant in San Diego, where I was first tried it. Tight!

Love the honesty in Kevin. Usually guest are a little hesitant in their opinion…It’s usually- Gary: “You getting a little car exhaust with lime and apple sauce on the back-end??” Guest…”Uh..yeah…a little.”

see i kind of disagree with some people on this one. i am a big Kevin rose fan. this show turned me on to your show. and he is a good guest i think.

Monster Lo Carb, they put it in the vending and I think I’m hooked.

QOTD – Goji rooibos tea that I picked up at a tiny shop in Chinatown in Montreal. It’s got dried raspberries and five-spice peppercorns in it, too. Amazing stuff!
