Wine Spectator scores the 2004 Brunello’ds a 92-97 as a vintage and Wine Advocate scores Tuscany a 96 but Antonio Galloni says “There is absolutely no reason to get worked up about 2004 Brunello and commit capital without tasting the wines first.” So today Gary Vaynerchuk will try the 1st two that have come in!

    SQOTD: I actually like when you get a little conversational…I’ve been watching you for so long, and really trust your pallete, and know that you aren’t just trying to sell more shit, so when you say, “Oh Yeah, you should try (insert random wine here)” that you mean it.

    SQOTD2: I know what you mean, but can’t think of an example either!

    I’ve been saying “the real deal” too much, and I used to say “The bees knees” all the time, cause it makes me laugh, recently it’s “The mutt’s nuts”

    Love the snipets about wine experience also love the tech geeks and other non wine experts gives a good perspective for those of us that are also novice wine drinkers.
