		<description>A good guest and a good episode to see, I love Alsatian whites.
I&#039;ve had the pinot blanc from Albert Mann and it was fantastic. I&#039;ve had some really great Chasselas from Alsace too, which I don&#039;t see in stores very much.
I think that aged Alsatian pinot gris and riesling are so fantastic when aged at least 7 years that it&#039;s almost a sin to drink them earlier.
qotd: Anyone in his crew-Mott, Ian, K Murph would be fine from time to time, but Sasha or SIR Gary would be my top choices. Actually to see Sasha on WITH SIR Gary together for an episode would be insane. Just to see Sasha&#039;s reaction. I&#039;m not sure I could handle it.
Qotd: I feel like I&#039;m almost obligated to say vin jaune. So not nearly as mainstream as the rest, a bit unique, astringent at first and an accquired taste, but once it&#039;s been breathing for a few hours and especially with the right food it&#039;s great.</description>

		<description>Gary,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I just re-watched this episode and loved the way you interacted with this guest. i really feel like you had a perfect amount of balance between keeping him on track and staying focused on the wine, but also letting him talk and not interrupting him. Great job. Thought I would give credit where credit is due, especially because you sometimes get some heat for interrupting guests.</description>
