Vay-i loved the cheek texting bit. That random element is what makes me love this show.

This year for me (apart from graduation, getting a job, etc) has been the openness of twitter, tumblr, etc kind of interfaces where ppl have begun to share more information. 2010 will be the same except on the mobile phone, which in turn means more information shared-anytime and anywhere! Exciting too see how this translates into revenue..and i am starting to like wine.

    QOTD,

It is an eye opener how much life changes for the better when a child/children comes into your life.

Biggest eye opener for me this year is the fact that I (Andy) actually like grapefruit! Never liked it for 34 years then all the sudden I have some again and it’s now my favorite fruit. I have it every day! Just goes to show you that you need to KEEP trying new things over and over again. Great show, still need to try Gigondas.

Great episode. I just love French wine, so it’s great to see some of the lesser touted areas get their limelight.

QOTD: That my attitude is the easiest thing to change about every situation.

Very nice to bat .667 with some “expand your palate” wines! Good show.

QOTD: Every time I look at my 401k my eyes bug out my head and not in a good way.

We’re rooting for the little Vaynermissus to come soon!

    Congrats AJ!

    Cheers!

Once again, great show, great pace, great wines! Keep them like that, short, on the point, loving it!

QOTD: well… the greatest eye opener this year has been you Gary!!! I was not a wine person, due to the pretentiousness and stuffyness that came with it, but your approach made me a wine lover.

    Excellent show, thanks!
QOTD: This year? Probably the incredible support and help from our friends in putting the deck/ramp/steps on our house and in general getting our home ready to welcome my Mom. We all take our friends for granted too much of the time, I think.

I was hoping you’d pannnn the 2nd wine because I’ve had it and meh. Now I need to try some good Gigondolas.
How long did thy breath? Maybe with decanting, we’d have your first 97 or something rediculous.
I’ll have to think about the QOTD.

    Awesome show!

My wife loves wine, and I am so/so, so I am trying to educate my palette/brain so we can enjoy wines together…

Also looking forward to “Crush It” Any chance I can get an advance “review” copy?

QOTD: My 9 month old daughters first steps… you’ll be there soon.
