    BTW, not sure where to send tasting requests. I’d like to see you try Borealis from Montinore Estates. 60% Muller-Thurgau, plus smaller amounts of Gewurtz and Pinot Gris, blended in an off-dry style. Just different enough to be something I thought you might be willing to do on the show.
