Even though you got one that wasn't from that great a producer or because it wasn't open long enough (it should be open at least 4 hours) or because it wasnt old enough (it should be at least 10 years old before popping). Obviously it's a really fickle and oddball wine. Which was why I requested I guess. But really how can you pick just one out of 700?
