Gary! Great show. I loved the little sojourn into Wine Library. Also, I have never heard of this kind of wine before. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

QOTD1: I’ve had fried chicken at least once a day for the last week. Now the very thought of it makes me nauseous.

QOTD2: I love Granny Smith apples, which explains my love of Chablis and Blanc de Blancs Champagne!

QOTD 1: Kentucky-Fried QOTD 2: An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

But not chicken and apples together. Usually Pork with apples or applesauce. That would be Mott’s applesauce and a nice Riesling.

Really good episode and looks like you finally have your Mojo back.
Really nice when you concentrate on one wine and give a comprehensive background to the grape and surrounding area area.

Really enjoyed the Fox News-esque ambush “journalism” element of the show. Suggestion: give us a hand-held cam (by Mott, please) tour of Wine Library, from the filling station across the street, through the front doors, into the inner sanctum of your wine lovers holy grail. Poise your dad and others to enliven the walk through cinéma vérité visit. It will enchant your audience. It will boost sales. It is the right thing for you to do. Do it. Soon.

Never heard of this wine or region, but I may have to find it. Apples is Mott of course. Chicken reminds me of something good to eat.

I liked this episode very much. Now I have to go look for Faranghina because it sounds like exactly the type of white wine I like. I also liked the little bit of controversy.

QOTD – when you say chicken I take it as a challenge

When you say apple I think big.

Love this episode, good wrap up to a Friday. Nice “adventure” out of the office, I thought that was a nice, unplanned touch. Would love to see more episodes with a little bit of that, and I’ll definitely try to look out for that variety of wine.
