    You’re WRONG about the Niolaihof.

This is great, I like that you have people in different industries (related to wine) as guests. I appreciate Mr. Snow’s sensibilities and POV, great honesty and great life story.

Gary! I am a Texan living in Dijon, France getting my Masters in Wine Business here. I was just at the 4/14 American/French Food & Jazz Festival!! So crazy to see one of the chefs there on your show! When you get a chance, big “SHOUT OUT” to your fan base here in Dijon; Veronique, Stephane and Martin!! VaynerNation in Dijon! Holler!

    Nice show! Great guest.

Ordered the 2008 White Chinon to give it a try! Thanks for putting it out there for us.

I feel bad you are getting all pouty over the lack of comments so I decided to come out of lurker mode. Been watching for a little over a year. Love the show and learning about wine! My friend and I saw you speak at the Wine Fest in Beantown good stuff. Going to check out a White Chinon asap.

Mr. Snow was GREAT! One of your better guests. Have him on more or more chef’s like him. Also love the blinds! Keep up the good work!

Thank you for killing many of my boring hours at work.

Great guest! Watched this episode Tuesday. Was going to skip it. Glad I changed my mind.

Interesting. Walking away from that prime position at the ski resort and realizing the 1st day of his new career that he may have f##ked up. But, he grinded it out. Hustled. And now things seem to be ok.

Wicked awesome episode gary, it was nice to see a foodie on the show. Respect Keith, local, local, local. I worked at this restaurant for 5 years and 90% of the menu came from within 40 miles of the restaurant. It tasted so good and it was even more rewarding being a part of the show.

better late than never with a comment. As a person that spent 10+ years in the kitchen, and left to pursue other things, and also as someone that extemely passionate about sustainable food, I appreciated what the guest had to say. Good stuff.
    QOTD: ss chris sounds good.

I first look at the comments and only seeing 115 comments I thought the episode might be sub-par. However, after reading the comments, I have to agree with readers that your guest was excellent. He was especially comfortable in front of the camera and was genuine. I liked the food connection he portrayed. I do look forward to more of that in upcoming episodes. You two do get along quite well on the show.

Overall – strong show. Good to see!

QTD – I have no idea who the first millionaire will be after reading Gary’s book.

Wonderful show Gary. Keith was an awesome guest!! I have to agree with a poster above that more chefs on the show would be great.

Very interesting wine in the white chinon. I have a feeling I wont be able to find that here in TN :(

QOTD: reading your book might help answer that question.

Keith Snow was a good guest – interesting story and his book sounds good as well. I might have to pick one up for my wife – she loves to cook and has a ton of cookbooks. Oh, yeah, the Chinon Blanc intrigued me but you didn’t really compare it with the Vouvrays you had the other day.

QOTD: How the heck would I know?

Gary, good guest, along with Vance Sharp. But I liked this episode better because you didn’t allow the “kidding around” to take away from the content as you did with the sake guy. I was really exited about the sake episodes but at the end, I felt I didn’t learn anything just because it was incoherent and it never flowed beacause of all the silly antics.

So could you please do another sake show trying to be more educational?

QOTD: I’ll have to read the book first to get a better grasp on the question.

Albeit my criticism, THANK YOU for your effort. I’ve learnt tons from you.

    My best to Misha.

I should have bought a Power Ball ticket, 213 million.

I enjoyed the show. I’ll buy Harvest Eating.
