The best about the year 2000 was that we discovered – based in Paris at the time – that there are normal wines and there are others. We dived into this fantastic world with a bottle of Ch. Belair 1982. It was the first and last Belair in my life, however, a serious number of bottles of Branaire Duluc Ducru followed this experience and we where always impressed by the quality of this St. Julien.
