Great show Gary! After seeing your Laura Catena episode, I searched "women" to see what kind of cool chicks you'd interviewed, and LOVED this episode! Sabre-ing! Fun! She was fantastic, I aspire to be a Master of Wine! And I will be decanting my next bottle of sparkling wine FOR SURE! :) Sincerely, Kendall www.facebook.com/Wine2Three

Great Show Gary! Jennifer is really a Master... I was looking for something like that for ages!! I was always wondering if decanting champagne is useful or not and if it's make a difference when tasting it. Personally I think old champagnes (+10 yrs) should be decanted for a while. The decanter used in the show is almost perfect, but how can you keep the champagne fresh with that after 1 hour decanting? I found a decanter designed by Paul Bocuse that goes into an ice bucket to keep the champagne (or wine) fresh!
