    First, who’s playing tonite?
Second, old world, gotta go with old fashioned Julia Child-type French food with food from Piedmont a close second.

  • A dumb Rhine king

I think people need to pull their heads out and realize that even if the wine were made with swine, you still won’t get the flu from it …

QOTD: I’m gonna go 19 Jets to 13 Bills.

QOTD2: The classical music that was created in the old world.

I met the owner of EIEIO during my one trip to Willamette in 2004. He sold me two bottles of his pinot at a reduced rate because the labels were not applied properly. But the wine inside was excellent. QOTD – My favorite old world cuisine is probably Italian. But I enjoy the food in Spain, France, and Germany when I am there.

QOTD 1) Jets 19 Bills 13… I must be Nostradamus!! Or this is a late comment.
QOTD 2) SPANISH!!! (French and Italian tied for a close second, for very different reasons)

QOTD 2: That’s a great question, I’m going to go with a rustic pasta dish, perhaps carbonara.
