QOTD: So it's been quite some time since I have watched this. However, I recently found a bottle of the Black Ops at a local beer store and snapped it up. As I was watching over this again, I think it would be VERY cool to have the Brewery put together a tasting box of EVERY beer brewed in a given year in either 187ml or 375ml bottles. Package them with a pair of glasses for the "gifty-folks" or just the beers for the geeks.

QOTD: more brett! more lacto! more pedio! MORE SOUR!
Seriously, I think that any brewery not getting on the sour bandwagon right now is going to miss the next big beer paradigm shift.

wow that was a great episode.
qotd: I'm familiar w brett when it comes to wine, but wouldn't be able to tell ya how much to put in a beer. 1 idea would be to let me know where I can find your brew around Baltimore
