This bottle is from a glacier a little south of greenland, lots of hype surrounding this producer. Nice color, brilliantly clear. The nose is a cittle closed,coming through with a little minerality which I like quite a bit; lets give it a whirl… ARRRGGGHHHHHHHH!! The Plastic Monster raises his ugly head! This tastes like I was inside a plastic bottle and tried to eat my way out! Hollow, no structure, the minerality is there but it is not enough. I'll give this a 55, just because it is made of hydrogen and oxygen.
I agree that we should all just drink water. It is much more interesting than wine.

A water tasting would have been funnier. Dasani vs arrowhead vs perrier. Sniffy sniff and see if you can detect the aldehydes and polyvinyl chloride. Taste. This one has a hint of granite on the aftertaste. Spit into Jets bucket. etc. etc.

Really sorry about the knee, Gary…. I saw an episode of Kirsti Ally’s (how the heck do you spell her last name, anyway?) new “Look At Me, I’m Losing Weight Again” show. She was at a spa and riding a stationary bike in a pool. Seemed like a good idea…. Check with your doctor before using the leg again, though. Maybe weight lifting and swimming will be what the “doctor orders” for the near term… Don’t be spooked by weight lifting. There are ways to do it without ending up looking like Sasquatch.

I don’t need Gary to become superman, but I want it. I’ll settle for a little less tired looking. As to actually wine tasting while exercising, it doesn’t work. I went bike riding with a friend in the Dry Creek area of Sonoma County once. We tasted wine after a few miles. Our palates were different because of the flush of exertion, and salt from my sweat interfered with my appreciation of the wine. Even though we were drinking water, we got slightly dehydrated as well. Let this be a lesson to you, my son.
