$30 Californian Sauv Blanc! Definitely one for the home market only. That’s taking the piss.

Gary- The 4th of July is my husband Mick's 30th B-day. You met him in DC on the Crush It tour and changed our whole vision! We are still loving you for that! And the show f***ing cracks me up ever single day! I would love to bring him up for his b-day, celebrate, drink and give you a hug. Hope I can pull it off! -P.S. we are going on a Baltic Sea cruise the follow week- mid July. Flying into Amsterdam, a few days in Stockholm and then around the sea. Any wine suggestions for us to be sure to grab??? I'd love your insight! – Love, Tara Carbo!

About sauvignon blanc, my store sold ALL of it's Honig sauv blanc soon after you talked about it with Lizzie while filming WLTV. I guess we have some vayniacs shopping in PA.

WLTV: It was a water weekend with the heat and humidity. However the week started with beautiful weather and a Zin with BBQ.

I agree with you on the Bogle Chard! The 2008 is very good – you can get it in Northern Calif for under $10.

    haha lovehandles…

QOTD: I drank 2008 Chateau Ste Michelle Sauvignon Blanc and 2007 Fontana Candida Secco. Two white wines paired with two ultra creamy cheeses, Havarti creamy white cheddar and Alouette double cream brie. I preferred the Ste Michelle, the cheese brought out a sweet mouth feel from the wine.

2002 Cosentino Hoopes Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon – good, but $75.00 was too much to pay for it I thought. Especially when my favorite Cab was $50.00.
