Bucket list:
1. Sell my own wine
2. Have someone say (friend, salesman, waiter) you should try this wine (being my own of course)
3. Grow some grapes (in both hemispheres)
4. Be able to describe a wine in detail in both English and Spanish.
5. Bike tours: France, Italy, S. Africa, Chile, Arg. & China.
5a. A night out on the town with Gary and friends.

Epiphany wine: A boxed wine (leap’s frog?) about 3-4 years ago that i gave to a friend (changed his perception of wine and quality, and marketing). A recommendation during dinner with a then mildly enthusiastic wine drinker (can’t remember the mark, but remember is was Grenache) — she thought wine/food pairing was something waiters made up on their own (which it sometimes is), but now she’s on her own, thinking for herself.

PS – Brandon, thanks for putting on a great show you lucky, but well deserved, B******. Also, if you’re reading these posts, and can spare the time, or simply reply with a ‘how-to-webpage-link’ … i don’t get it, why did you say some people throw out the rose while making their bottling wine … i thought i was starting to get an understanding of this science/art, but now i’m all confused (again).
