Gary, I love the shows with a guest. I learn a lot of background knowledge with the back-and-forth between the two of you. I wish I had the opportunity to drink these more often. Chateauneuf is my special occasion wine every time.

One of the difficulties of having a guest is the tendency for them to talk to you who is only 6 inches away and consequently they drop the volume of their voice which makes it difficult for the mic to pick them up. I had to really crank the volume to hear him. You might want to try having them wear a clip on mic. Great show, very informative.

Getting to these a little late, but….Nerd it up! Thanks for all the info on CdP, and I am among the VN throng that loved Harry shooting out of the gate with his impressions. I love an episode without any arm bending.

I heart grenache. Great guest and great analogy Gary. Why care how much handz on a wine maker is if his main concern is the best possible end result, which is a great tasting wine?
