This was great, really great, not great as I everytime say (oh man … now I realize), but really. Should do more like that: different things, underrated grapes, … . And, eh, you nailed it: combo V-C giving British pees. I had a very quaffable Louis Latour VDP de l’Ardeche, V-C blend, nothing special, just nice and there was some particular smell I really couldn’t home. I still remember it (I hate it wen I can’t say what I actually smell/taste). So, green pees, indeed.

I found some of Qupe chard at a local store for 7 bucks. It was the first time I tried and, when I went back to get more, it was all gone!! I think it was a misprint. I live in LA so, thankfully, it’s only two hours to Sta.Babs. Love this episode!

stumbled into my 1st wltv whiledoing research on Qupe wines..thanks for the heads-up on the white cuvee…. i would be flattered if you went to cornerwine on facebook and checked out my 400 sq ft closet of a wineshop…no fixtures,home-made info cards in plain english, 90% 8-$15…on it's way to being one of the best $10 stores ….well,the people will speak in the fullness of time …
