Great episode! The Meekers are a total blast and that hand print thing is clearly NUTS. Oh, and Gary? Two words: hair brush.

Gary… you just returned from Spain…. you say you have tons to share… the world cup is right around the corner… it’s prime time for some vino tinto talk. I’d love to hear your thoughts of the ‘05 Riojas. Like I previosuly said, I’ll be tasting there in August and I’d love to get your impressions.

I was absolutly amazed at the fact that he does every bottle by hand. What a collectors item. That’s a dead soldier you’d keep forever…classic. Great story on how the Frozin is done as well.

This stuff about the hand print on every bottle, I have to say that I am always talking about one of the problems with business today and the money craze that has happened is making the market worse then you hear about people like this and you see just how wine is meant to be made! These people are in it because this is what they love! That is rare these days! Great episode!

These two are very interesting people. The fact that they actually touch each and every bottle is amazing! It kind of makes it personalized and gives each bottle it’s own identity. I like it.

I liked hearing about the FROZIN - and the Meeker Handprint Merlot was always the 1st wine we recommended for a gift for someone who wanted a good bottle of wine with a beautiful label.
