Mmmm, huge champagne fan. ‘96 vintage is crazy good. Better than any of the ’90s or ’88s I’ve had. Should check out the ‘96 Comtes de Champagne (Taittinger). One of my all time favorites.

QOTD: Not ’til I get the shout-out or the Old World CÃ´te de Nuits episode I’ve been begging for.

Nice, I don’t have any champagne on hand but I’m going to pop a sparkling shiraz right now. Not that one need’s a reason but I can think of three, being in the final four, Erik’s impending fatherhood and the validation of the Times article.

Waaaay back in 6th grade I liked Peter Frampton before his breakout Comes Alive album hit the charts. He made a splash and look where he’s at now. Side Guitarist in the All Starr Band. Gary no matter how famous you become don’t let it get out of control. No shiny tight pants. Forget the big hair. Don’t loose yourself, man. Keep it simple. Keep it real.
