  • Gary…it may be a good idea to take your scoring system out of it completly. You allready say, pass, buy, must buy…things like that. It may be easier for people to understand you if you use more “Gray” terms like those.

I really am tired of scores. I know some of my wine peers who won’t buy wine that HASN’T been scored. How ludicrous is that?

I liked your tasting of a mix of wines. It’s a nice break from head-to-head comparisons. It’s nice to learn about the differences between different varieties.

When I started watching WLTV I was most interested in Cali wines – now I’m more interested in almost all other regions. I like it when the bottles are in the $15 – $30 range unless a $10 bottle knocks it out of the park.

Gary, I just saw this again since I had the Girard recently and I noticed that I really enjoyed these early episodes. I think your latest videos show a big difference. I think the difference is that you have too much schtick in the new episodes. You seem too full of yourself and a lot more over the top. Maybe you need to tone down and be more like the old world wines you enjoy. These old episodes seem more genuine in comparison.

Another good and fun episode Gary. You requested in this one that we let you know what episodes we’d like to see. There are 2 that would put a big smile on my face.
A vin jaune tasting and episode would be excellent and a charbono one would be wonderful too.
