I actually drank ALOT of wine this weekend but I can’t realy remember the exact bottles. Had some chianti, pinot grigio, cabernet sauvignon, and some merlot. One bottle I do remember was my parent’s 2003 Bordeaux Chateau Haut Claribes.

Great intro and outtro! The JETS still suck.. It’s just gonna hurt that much more when they lose in the playoffs! But truth be told my fish are just terrible. Bad year for a fish fan! Cool show gonna definitly have to check out some Cahor.

Never heard of Cohors until tonight. Thanks for introducing another region (to me at least). I like it when you do a little bit of history on the grape or region. It figures that the wine I want to buy is out of stock (KAHUNA must have bought it all).

Damn…. I was happy just to pop open a 2001 Masi Compofiorin (nothing to write home about) since none of my in-laws drink wine. Hey, Gary, LOVE the Cahors episode! Watched the JETS game from a beach house in Carlsbad, Cali. The weather was in the high 70’s! AMAZING!!! QOD: The wine we were drinking was 2005 Tierra Brisa Malbec from Argentina. Under 10 U.S. bones and ridonculous!!!! Great wine!!

Hello Gary! I appreciate your passion and frankness in wine education. It’s helpful for ignorant beginners like me to be less afraid in approaching and trying different wines.
