Not a big Bordeaux or Cab drinker but intrigued to try more after today’s episode.

Top 500? Yes! Informative episode, but had that feeling that I should be taking notes in prep for mid-terms. QOTD? Beer (pairing with sushi).

QOTD: Vin de Pays Clos du Prieur 2003. This stuff was TERRIBLE after just an hour or two of decanting. It had the most egregious bitter tannins I’ve ever swilled. But after a couple of days in the fridge (w/ Vacuuvin) and a BUNCH more air, this puppy’s really singing.

Great episode G man . Really liked the throw in a couple worm heads and a centipede thing . That was a great video game , so was space invaders and pitfall . QOTD 2003 Luca Syrah . Awesome !!! Everyone should try luca syrah from argentina .
