YES! This Voga wine is SO BAD. Drinking my first and last ever glass of it right now. I sincerely wish I had read reviews on it before I bought it. It is the worst wine I have ever consumed. I had to do some research after my first taste because the smell just threw me off so much. At first I thought it must be off, but it’s not.. It’s just a terrible smelling, terrible tasting, sad excuse for a wine. Never again.

  • Ok, this episode should be an instant classic! You like many things that are pink? Cat pee-pee is exactly what you’re looking for? That rinse after the Voga? Haha! Awesome episode Gary. Worth every penny, definitely one of my favorites.

    Today in brooklyn it is starting to feel a bit like summer.

    QOTD. Starting my post-graduation employment next week and hoping that the income that comes with it will allow me to enjoy more wine myself, instead of vicariously through Gary.

    I know people use it, but I can’t stand that cat pee descriptive – everytime I think about buying a Sauvignon Blanc, I think cat pee, and put it back on the shelf!

    And by the way my wife digs you and the show. We typically listen to them at home together. In fact we were trying to find the compilation show done my a fan of all your way out wine descriptions. 🙂

    This episode is full of funny lines: Funk de funk, this wine is HORRENDOUS, good ol’ fashioned american currency, cat pee, and zingy, zangy, tangy, wangy.

    I agree with Colin, nice rinse after the Voga. Should have just got a new glass.

    QOTD: work, basketball outside (hopefully), going to Italy in July for a week, drinking wine, love the rose, maybe decide to go into the wine industry?!?!

    My two cents: Good episode, maybe due for a blind tasting episode on summer wines, or blind tasting episode on rose. Karantes Rose from Languedoc is excellent imo.

    QOTD – Stankin’ working, BUT, only 2190 days, or thereabouts until the youngest finishes college.

    The wife doesn’t seem to find you too annoying but the dog puts her paws over her ears when you come on (she’s a lazy lab and can’t take all the excitement)

    Don’t take this the wrong way but I think you’re cute too in a manly man sort of way NTTAWWT.

    Real comment: Do you think anything packaged like the Voga – weird bottle, weird closure – will ever be more than some wine-like beverage made for the Bartles & James drinker?
