  • Cool episode Gary! A lot of fun. Thanks for taking the boiling wine for the team!! I am big believer in “proper” temps for drinking my vino. I drink my reds around 60’ish and the whites around 45-50 degrees. I feel that I get the best expression at those a-typical temps. I will confess that I have definitely stuck a bad wine in the fridge though, because when it’s cold it doesn’t taste like much. haha
