    For the past decade, the only chardonnay that I have bought is the Thomas Fogarty Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay, which is relatively crisp and has a nice touch of lively acidity. That can be attributed to withholding 50% of the wine from malo-lactic fermentation.
