  • Gary,

Excellent show, and I love your honesty. Keep it up buddy.

    QOTD: to the top 🙂

I enjoyed your rant about the K. Crawford Chard and I completely agree with you. It is one of the major reasons I have gravitated more & more toward Riesling. I can think of an instance that a â??butter bombâ? is a good food match though â?? Vichyssoise!!

I love the jet lagged, tell it like it is G.V. Put these prima donnas where they belong.

I had the Kim Crawford last weekend and entirely disagree with Gary. Good acidity, good structure, maybe a little too much going on in the nose but enough positive complexity in the palate to place it at a higher level. I’ll buy it again.

Oh man, that had to be the worst episode for you in a long time….. Dumping the glass out on the table? Ouch. Now THAT’S getting worked up over a wine. I’d love to hear a conversation between you and someone at Kim Crawford after this episode aired. QOTD: Going out with my parents to Cafe Juanita tonight for dinner. One of the best places in the Seattle area. Been there many times and I cant wait for another 3 hour experience.

Tough show. Well, sometimes that happens. First case of (unintentional) heat damage on the show, I think.

    QOTD: Onward and upward. Excelsior.
