Sorry for the late comment, but to get schedules to work out, we had christmas this weekend.
Six of us sniffy-sniffed and tasted the wines and then listened to each segment to compare our notes with yours. I told everyone that if you did not say you tasted white peaches all day on the white Graves I would stop watching the show. You left me with egg on my face and now I’m going to have to come up with a loophole so I can keep watching.

Gary, thanks for the christmas pack. We’ve only had a chance to open the Chateau Moulin De Lavaud (last night) and it was quite good.

QOTD: Unfortunately I wasn’t able to order the Christmas pack though I loved the idea. I’m in retail so I’m just watching this episode on January 4. Oh well, somebody’s got to do it.

QOTD: My fiance! We watched during halftime of the Steelers game, I needed a glass of wine as a life long Steelers fan. Thanks again for doing this it is RADOOL!!! I can’t wait for the next pack!

QOTD: Just getting caught up today. Just watching by myself 🙁 But, my family had an awesome Christmas dinner. It was my wife and kids, my parents and my wife’s grandmother. Prime rib and a 1997 ZD Napa cabernet.

Watching with my girlfriend, who now thinks you are the greatest thing on the internet. Wish I had gotten the Christmas pack, but maybe next year. Thanks for everything Gary, Mott, and everyone else who makes the Thundershow happen. It definitely is something that makes me smile.

QOTD: Didn’t twist any arms, I was sick with strep throat. Just now finished tasting the wines and really enjoyed the white.

Yay!!!! Thanks GV, we just did the tasting (and I’m part of the “experts” of the WASTED group)! The wines were awesome! And it was cool- I loved the white…I got a definite coconut taste on the mouthfeel! Thanks for the great wines!

I bought the Ch de callac a while back, and promised myself I would rewatch this episode when I opened it up. I love this wine! I just tried a rather pricy Sancerre, and I definitely like this a lot more. Going to check if it is still in stock, right now!

QOTD: No one, since I watched it by myself, though I dont think if I would have done with with my parents or friends they would have minded your wild antics. 🙂

Best episode I’ve seen yet. The cork at the end,standing up was a confirmation of the perfect energy of the show.
