It was very gracious of Gary to let me on — he really is a busy busy guy with a lot on his plate, though I am glad he keeps doing the show, I don’t know HOW he keeps doing the show! It felt like a wine party that someone happened to be filming. Gary, Sacha, and Mott are all fantastic and it was a day I will never forget. Sorry the wines I brought weren’t great, but I at least thought they’d be interesting. And don’t you hate it when Gary tastes really phenomenal wines and you are stuck sitting at home, wondering where you can get some or worse when you can afford to get some? I couldn’t agree with you more, that Grape Ranch using California wine and bottling it in Oklahoma doesn’t show Oklahoma terrior.

OMG, this was a greeeaaatttttt episode! This has the makings of a WLTV classic. I was cracking up so much here at work that I think I scared some of my co-workers. Love it!!!

I’m leaning toward preferring those shows that focus on wine, and less like an episode of a TV talk show.

I am a little creeped out by this young woman’s affection for all things Gary and her slightly too intense effort to join in. Oh well, she’s an attractive fan so why not have her on the show. Gary you shun her like your usual, “I’m on my own”

This episode is a shit show. Awesome. It is great to get other people’s perspective on the wines. I also like seeing people’s perspectives on the wines from non-traditional wine making regions of the country. Oh, this is my first comment. I’m not longer a lurker.

Great episode. How much wine do you give people before they come on? Am jelous of the trip that Pipes is on, how much fun.

The Osoyoos Larose is on our wine list and we were the first to list Canadian reds in our area, along with Mission Hill. Love the wine (even if it is waaaaaaaaaaaaay too young to drink now) and Gruard Larose is a favorite of mine (the 1990 is a must try if you can find it a decent price now).
The Vincor/Groupe Taillan link up has great potential.
