QOTD: Never tried one at that price point – only a moscato, too sweet for me but sells well.

Nope, never have. I’ll add it to my list, which is growing faster than I can knock stuff off of it! I suppose that’s a good thing – I’ll never run out of new stuff to try.

Don’t know a thing about wrestling…QOTD: Have tasted some Kosher wine a long time ago, but it was in the 10-12 dollar range. It was well-made, but I haven’t rushed out to buy any since.

Yes, I’ve has the Capcanes kosher wine and it was excellent, a bit pricey ($50, I think), but was a very nice upgrade for passover.

Answer to QOTD: I’ve only tasted manischewitz(ouch!) so my curiosity is peaked. what makes a kosher wine kosher? is it just any wine from israel, or are there some specific production requirements, or is it just blessed by a rabbi? It wouldn’t surprise me to see some great wines come out of israel judging by the climate, and of course wine has been made there at least as long as in europe; plus, israeli wine comes up alot in the Bible(waayy before robert parker). I’m definitely going to have to get my sniff on with some kosher wine; which i might enjoy with some kosher dill pickles while i’m at it.
