Be the guy who orders the meal at dinner that everyone else says gross.

Great show, I love the Edmeades too! My boss went on a fishing trip with the winemaker and he had it on ice pretty early in the day. Very interesting guy.

QOTD: Besides wine and family I am passionate about my dog Remington, and my cat Hosea. They have been the best pets a person could ask for. They actually may count as family, but I had to mention them.

QOTD: Cooking and eating really good tasting food. It doesn’t have to be gourmet. It can be a burger or comfort food but the trick, and the challenge, is to make it EXCEPTIONAL. The best compliment, and I hear it often (disgusting self pat on the back), is when someone says, “You know, I don’t usually like this, but this is really good!”

And Gary, about the lack of comments and your self-esteem. Let’s work on being a little more self-directed rather than other-directed 🙂
