QOTD: First date move– Moroccan food, eating with hands–and maybe feeding each other, that would be worth a try, plus the spices are sexy, and great with a rose! Not speaking from experience, but if I had a decent moroccan restaurant near by I’d try it.

I just returned home from a local wine tasting, and I find this very well done show.

My husband and I like to go out for Italian food or a weekend away.

When I dated all those eons ago, my move was to make the girls laugh. Gary you’ve met me. You know I am not gonna kill the girls with my looks. But when they laughed, I found I was better looking. At least they dated me again, so you know, take that for whatever it’s worth. I got one of them to marry me. Score!

If the Barbera D’Asti Ellio Perrone is anything similar to my personal favorite wine, Barbera D’Asti Nobbio (2004), then it’s a must have. I haven’t seen Nobbio in stores in recent times, but am not against ordering online. In the meantime, I’m interested in trying this Barbera D’Asti!

Yeah! bring some beer on to winelibrary, there are a lot of really good craft and imported beers that few people know about. I’m not talking Becks and Lowenbrau, I’m talking smaller, unique beers.

Great show and great guest! I haven’t dated in a while but I would always go with a California Zinfandel as a date wine. Anything that tastes good, is high in alcohol and will make me look sophisticated … or at least not simple.

QOTD – First date move. This is not always possible – depends on circumstances – but if you can cook for somebody on a first date and you can knock it out of the park . .that’s the move to make.
