    Speaking of changing the wine world, is there something we, the Vaynernation, can do to break down the senseless legislation in states like PA that prevent importing wines? I would love to be able to ship wine to my door! I shed a tear every time I hear about secret packs!!!!!!!!! Sites like http://www.freethegrapes.com/ haven?t worked? Please help! What can we do guys?

  • A 96 point wine. Is that a record for you? I actually had stopped buying Burgundies because the prices had risen so fast. $125 and buying 5 of them $625 is way too steep for me.

    I was wondering what kind of glasses that you use for your tastings. Do you use Reidel? Also, do you find that the you use the glass that is typed to the wine that you drink?

    Please give me a link for that lovely burgundy that tastes like cherry juice, i can’t wait to try it!

    I my lord. i was digging burgundy for a while and then i had a GC. it was a village wine form 02 and it sang to me. it was humming my song. i was so happy that i had i god size rack of burgundy in my cellar and it pushed me to buy more and more as i went on.
    there is a great quote from a poet i am blanking on but it goes like
    ” i forget the place, i forget the girl, but the wine was chambertin”
    enough said
