Love the blind tastings

Hmm, very interesting. I think once a week would be pretty cool. Blind Thursdays maybe?

Don’t go blind all year…I’d actually go with “Blind Fridays” and go to “Laid back Mondays”.

Good job with your tasting, go blind baby. Every week the Bobs come to lunch and blind taste at my restaurant, I learn SO MUCh. challenge yourselve with the blind tastings.

GV – I really enjoyed the show. I like the blind format. I would only do this once per week, but let’s at least do one per week.

Gary – definitely more blinds in 2009. Not sure if every tasting should be blind, but at least once every 2 weeks.

I love the blindness in terms of the testing. It seems so much more legitimate. I’d say 100% blind is a bit too much. For me, 3 out of 5 days blind would be ideal.

Great show Gary! I think going blind all the way is too much, but maybe doing it once a week would be great. I love the variety of all the episodes, makes WLTV fun to watch!

I don’t know that you need to go blind every episode for an entire year, but I would LOVE to see significantly more blind tastings (maybe at least once a week).

Good ep GV!! Think about how ‘tasting blindly’ can keep preconceived notions of price/quality in check. I’m sure you will consider the advantages and flexibility in NOT tasting all the wines next year blindly, (greater format and thematic range, people wouldn’t feel bummed out if you deviated from a ‘rigid’ blind format etc…). However, doing a couple of blind tasting a week would probably be fantastic. How about a “Blind Humpday” or “Blind Thursday” show as a regular theme?
