I think that was a wonderful conclusion to the previous episode; it looks like you both enjoyed yourselves.

QOTD: What are some wines you enjoy pairing flan with?

Rueda Verdejo goes with everything. It’s such an easy drinker.

QOTD: You brought it up first….cilantro? I would choose beer.

Much better episode than the last. Very strong finish. I guess it took a little while to jell.

Was the verdejo of this episode the same as verdelho from madeira?

Same as Part I, the guest looked and sounded great, and GV seemed like he was enjoying himself immensely. I can’t say that I blame him either. πŸ™‚ When she revealed her age at the end, that took me by surprise.

QOTD – can’t think of any, but I will look for the book.

Really enjoyed Ingrid, she is so at ease, no airs with her which is refreshing. I like a woman that enjoys her food and wine. I think not spitting the wine caught up to her toward the end.

Cilantro, yahoo. Salsa isn’t salsa, to me, if it doesn’t have cilantro. I do have friends that can’t stand it though which confirms that love it or hate it thing.
