@CreightonE i totally agree, with gretzky I was all “that’s f’n gretzky!” but he didn’t have a whole lot to say. this cat has got it down, i love that smart ass open, too “i love the hand pruned vines.”

Anyway, thanks for the show Gary. I’ve gone from a person who really didn’t like wine to a person who not only loves wine but is actually being able to discern the subtle differences between them in a few short months thanks to your show! Thanks to you, wine no longer just smells and tastes ‘like wine’ but has a world of amazing smells and tastes that I never would have associated with wine. What an incredible experience this has been. Thanks for opening my eyes to a whole new world!

This has been the episode that has turned me from a Lurker to a comment contributer! I have only just begun to explore the wonderful world of wine, for about 2 months (formerly a dark beer and scotch guy) and I have to say that of all the eps I have watched, in this one Gary and his wonderful guest appear very relaxed and work off each other in such a way as to really showcase what is right and great about Wine Library T.V. I live on the west coast of British Columbia, Canada and because of some very restrictive import laws, I can only dream of some of the great wines that are featured here. However, by making use of the search field, by wine type, I have been able to follow along by varietal type and greatly improve my appreciation of the message that Gary is trying to get across.
