That will be the beginning of a series of injuries for the Jets, especially their quarterbacks and will end up like the Mets. In desperation, they will try to get Brett Favre from the Vikings….

I couldn’t agree more with the Moscato wine. I had a different vintage at a tasting and it was excellent. I ordered some of the same vintage you served this evening and it was awful and way too sugarfied. Even a friend who has a sweet tooth and loves sugar said it was too over the top in the sugar department.

Great show. It’s cool to experience the sound quality getting better and better each ep.

“gl” in Italian is pronounced “yli” so Aglianico is more like Al-yan-i-co than AG-lian-ico…not bustin’ chops just trying to be helpful.

Im gonna seek out that Aglianco, only have had maybe 2 at the most and were kind of forgettable so i need to give it another shot. The Montalcino also sounds worth while. And I have had my share of ghetto water so i will skip the moscato.

QOTD- Sanchez will throw 10 at the most cause he will choke just like he did in preseason. They call it rookie shakes/getting adjusted, I call it being a chump. Go Birds! I will be celebrating our preseason victory over you this time next week!

My only experience with Aglianico has been a ~$4 bottle from Trader Joe’s, which was just barely better than nothing. I suppose I’ll have to stick a crowbar in my wallet and try something better.

I so totally agree about the bubbles!! Life is too short not to enjoy every bubble of life!!! I enjoy a bottle of the bubbles every Sunday morning with the one I love!!!! There is nothing better than that to begin your week!!

I just had a good Dolcetto in about that same price point, so I’ll second the under $15 Italian wines.

Qotd: I’ll go with a conservative estimate and say 16, but I’m sure the Jets will do good. My only request is that the Jets don’t beat the Cowboys.

Nice to see an aglianico in there, it’s an excellent varietal, and in the future may be able to steal some of the spotlight on Cab and Syrah.

Cool show so far the best of the 3……and the sound is getting better but still got room for improvement.

Better sound but still not great.

I adore Aglianico. Visited Campania several times and was not only impressed by Aglianico but also by Fiano and Falanghina. Great wines.
