The fact that you talked and took question for two hour speaks volumes about your character.

If she doesn’t become s regular guest you have missed a bit. Way to go with the sabering. Only the second time I saw that done. First was at Tavern on the Green many years ago. Great show all around!

What an excellent episode – I (ashamedly) am often a lurker – but after that show … I had to comment. The sheer love of wine was so evident and the knowledge to go with it was amazing.

Also the sabering at the end was an awesome finish to an already great show. Well done both of you and I would definitely vote to have Jennifer on again if you get the chance. Keep up the good work.

Sorry, but I find all this nerdy decanting business boring – and in my book the effect of decanting is massively overrated. In my book Champagne should be razor sharp with a yeasty complexity. The sharpness is provided by a high acidity level, low serving temperatur and the highest possible bubble level.
